The management of production formula technology requires calculating the amount of each material to be added and setting the operating parameters of each equipment to meet the proportioning requirements. Automated batching function steps
The upper computer sets the relevant workflow and working parameters, and the network signal transmits the parameter requirements to the frequency converters and sensors (weighing sensors, temperature sensors, liquid level sensors, pressure sensors, time relays, pH sensors, etc.) at each workstation.
